| Hey you all I need yoour advice on something. Well i started atkins a month ago. I did not tell anyone about my new woe but every one seem to notice that im loosing weight. I've never been use plate of food but i would only eat desert.I would only eat sweet for the hole day like a 12 cookies and a bole of ice cream. I did not understand why I was still gaining weight. But now im doing atkins and i stop the sweet and carb. I only eat chiken,eggs,tuna,beef and lettuce. My problem is doing atkins and quitting sugar cut my appeti. But I,M scarded because forthe whole week I've been eating a peace of chiken and a bole of lettuce FOR THE HOLE DAY. I dont feel like eating anymore. In a way, it s good ( cause I am loosing weight) but not eating enough might put me on the starvation mode and it is not healthy. But I'm so happy when my guys friends tell me : Girl woa did u loose weigh? Is thise really dangerous or what??? tell me I dont want to do it all wrong and i read that we are suppose to eat every 4 hours??? when i eat every 12 hours...and it s like a cane of tuna with mayo and some luttuce. start on sept 2003 I don t walk around trying be what you are I dont waist my time trying to get what u got...cause I'm something that you ll never be...I,m me |

| mini me, Did you read the book? Cause you NEED to eat. That would be breakfast , Lunch, and dinner,with some snacks, and a whole bunch of water. Please don't starve yourself. Jackie |

| Mini -- It is absolutely essential that you eat at least 3 meals a day. You need the calories. If you continue on this trend, please seek medical attention immediately.
