Deviled Eggs...Are they okay during induction?

Deviled eggs are great - even better if you make them yourself, as you know what goes into them.

I use mayo, mustard, paprika, salt, white pepper, and the tiniest bit of vinegar. Sometimes, I add finely chopped veggies to them as well.

Great, thanks guys. Yeah they are pretty good. I'm just trying to come up with new ideas. I am having a hard time with things to eat. I know I am only allowed 20 grams of carbs coming from the veggies.....So that means all I can eat the rest of the day is protien and fat.....This sucks!! I can't seem to find enough things to snack on.

Not only are they OK, they are a wonderful snack. High in protein and the fat in the mayo will keep you satisfied.

Rubyrose ~

If you like chicken salad..
BOil some chicken and shred it & mix with mayo & celery, salt & Pepper...
Or tunafish, mayo & hardboiled eggs..

Taco Salad
