Don't lengthen induction unless your are metabolically resistant. Forget it, learn from it, and move on! Susan LC and feeling better every day! Atkins since 7/18/03 210/185/140

No. Just get back to plan and stay there. Just act as if it didn't happen and continue on as planned. Up your water intake. In my humble opinion, you'll be fine. April 352 / 202 / 180 5'10", large frame, size 13 shoe www.geocities.com/aprilreinhardt

I might complain to the restaurant and next time I'd check for croutons before I left. If they're there next time leave them as a present at the front of the restaurant. Rob

I've had this happen too, where you ask them to leave off the croutons and they put them in anyway. I used to get mad about, but now I just go, what the heck, and pick them out before I eat it. Going out to eat is good for your program, but you need to make yourself relaxed and steadfast enough to take things like that in stride. The pay off is that you get a whole lot of new eating opportunities if you're not shut in your house cooking hamburger steaks.
