| I saw the topic and thought you were calling me. ![]() No, those 7 grams of sugar are from lactose and metabolize like sugar. So the net carbs on a cup would be 9 grams. The only sugars you might want to subtract from the net carbs are sugar alcohols, not plain sugars. HTH Always eat your veggies first! |

| The swiss miss sugar free was one of those iffy items I was on the borderline of getting rid of when I started this round of low carb. I still haven't had the nerve to try one yet. I really want to though. Rob |

| Why bother with swiss miss when you can mix some heavy cream, cocoa powder, splenda, and some hot water to make delicious, creamy, LOW CARB hot cocoa?? |
