Carbolite products are made with Spenda. Does that mean that when they say 0 carbs, it really means 0 carbs?
Ex:
Gummy Bears
30 carbs
Sugars 0
Sugar Alcohols 30
Do there not effect LC dieter at all (besides in the bathroom)

I don't think so. At least, not for the chocolate bars. Though the ingredient list includes sucralose, first ingredient listed for the chocolate bars is maltitol, a sugar alcohol.

splenda is sucralose which is not a sugar alcohol. the alcohols end in -ol, like maltitol, lactitol, etc. splenda is not suppose to affect your blood sugar, but alcohols DO affect some people, in worst cases as bad as real sugar. the kind of sweetener used is determined by the product, most candy bars use alcohols, no matter what the brand is.
