I live in Canada, and I was wondering if any of you know which Diet Soda we can drink while doing Atkins, I know there are quite a few options in the states, but is there anything here ?

Hey I am from Nova Scotia and have been wondering the same thing. For the time being I am drinking diet pepsi as little as I can. You guys just got a Carb Centre in vancouver, I saw it on the news yesterday. That is awesome, so far I have only found one store that carries low carb products, and it is REALLY expensive.

Hi fellow Canadians. I drink caffeine free diet coke. We do not have drinks sweetened with Splenda as far as I know. Most of the time I drink water.

I have been relying on water as well. I used to hate it but it is growing on me. I usually have some diet pepsi at dinner time though. I am weaning myself off.....still

Yeah I did hear about the new low carb store, its appaerntly quite pricey,$7 for a loaf of bread, but I guess it will be worth it when I am in OWL, right now I need to start Induction. The soda thing sucks, I wish we had something with Splenda...

Hi ladies, I was reading your posts and thought I would suggest looking for Diet RC. I'm not sure if ya'll have any RC products (I just happened to look at them a few months ago, for the first time in years...lol). Hey its worth a look. They are caffeine free and made with Splenda. I was shocked to see another diet drink made healthy. I hope this helps.

Actually, we do have Diet Soda's with splenda.

We have Diet Crush. It comes in both the orange flavour and the cream soda flavor.

I have a very hard time trying to find them here in Quebec but have no problem finding them on the Ontario side.

Now if someone could tell me where I could find Fruit 2 O
