Nope, that's not it ozziesgirl. This one had broccoli and cauliflower, cream cheese,shredded chedder cheese, bacon crumbs ect. ect. Thanks anyway for your time though.

hi heidiho, i believe this is the one if not give it a try

crab casserole

6oz crab meat (canned)
8oz cream cheese
10 black olives chopped
4 green onions chopped
4 cups steamed broccoli and cauliflower (cut up)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
old bay seasoning (sprinkle)
misses dash (not needed) sprinkle
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled

mix crab,cream cheese,olives and onions together
in mixing bowl.
grease a 2 Quart casserole dish
add 1/2 broccoli and cauliflower to baking dish
top with 1/2 crab mixture add 1/2 of the cheddar
sprinkle with old bay and misses dash
repeat layer
pour heavy cream over all top with crumbled cooked bacon
cover with foil bake for 20 minutes at 350
remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer

28 net carbs 6 to 8 servings only 3 to 5 carbs per serving enjoy (this is a keeper)

That is the MOST wonderful recipe! I cook it quite often as its a family fav these days.
