 Hello! I have been "lurking" on this board for about a week, and I thought it was about time I registered. I love the opportunity lowcarbeating gives to all of LC'ers to get together. Been LC'ing only since August 27 2003, but I feel wonderful and full of energy! I expect to spend most of my time in this room, the Caveman Diet room, and the Exercise room. Happy to be here! | I also just joined today after checking it out for the last few weeks. It looks like a really informative site, I have not yet begun LowCarb eating, but I am getting ready to start either tomorrow or the next day. |
