Yes...I too worried about all of the fat...."butter and dressing and cream, oh my"....but don't forget...we gave up most of our carbs....our calories have to come from somewhere!!!

If I set a goal...then when I finally reach that goal..I am afraid that I will use it as a license to eat..therefore..I have no goal...only to stick to this wol FOREVER!!!

I hear that we lowcarbers are 'supposed" to eat about 60% fat, 35% protein and 5% carb.

I lived in Las Vegas for 17 years!! They a year ago we moved to Butte, MT.
