| I was wondering what changes, if any, you experienced with your weekly weigh in and TOM? I had my WI tonight and got TOM this morning and I lost 1/2 pound. I thought that was not bad, all things considered. Does anyone have any suggestions to have a larger weight loss during this TOM? Also, does anyone have any tips or tricks to make the scale move in your favour at your weekly WI? Just curious ... Thanks. Lianne "If it's meant to be, it's up to me!" |

| There really isn't a whole lot you can do about what your body does with your weight during your TOM. Just reassure yourself that the weight hanging on is as a result of a natural biological function of your body and is NORMAL. As far as making the scale move in your favor, well...scales are evil with a mind of their own. Good luck! | Just keep in mind that when you weigh yourself next week, you will have the excess weight off from when you had you TOM and then you can CELEBRATE!! Lisa 198/158/125 LC 5/22/03 http://www.lowcarbeating.com/lcesupporter.gif |
