Hi all! Thanks for the posts... I had forgotten to check that one! Sorry! I started my 4th week today...No weight loss in 2 weeks. I lost 6 lbs during induction...(3rd time lowcarbing) My hubby is doing this too and he is doing great 15 lbs so far. We started the same day and eat pretty much the same things. However I do not get much exercise as I am at home with 3 kids... (mostly exercise is cleaning) He works a semi physical job...And he drinks his water! Im almost at a gallon a day. Im frustrated and at a stall. Not gaining. Am at about 30 carbs a day not counting the dietary fiber. Menu for today:

B: 3 romaine lettuce wrapped bacon, tomato, and mayo roll ups and water
L: 2 c salad w/ 1 oz jack cheese, 1 sm. tomato, chicken breast strips, and ranch dressing. (was out of cucumbers and mushrroms)
D: crab stuffed Halibut with steamed veggies (1 C) and ceasar salad W/ iced tea
Snack: macadamia nuts (1/4 cup)

ANy suggestions? Thanks!

All I can suggest is track your food for calories and protein in addition to carbs.
www.fitday.com is a good free food tracker.
You might not be eating enough calories.
Your food choices are good but without knowing the portion sizes I can't tell your calories.
Protein amounts also need to be watched to make sure that you're not eating too little, resulting in muscle loss, or too much, resulting in the excess being converted to glucose. It's not an exact science you need to experiment at the beginning to see what works for you.

Same thing happened to me but I stuck with it. I found on weeks the weight did not go down my inches did. Muscle weighs more than fat. Also water and veggies help
