Cold sweats and fatigue during Induction

"Low Carb Newbies" at Low Carb Diet Support: "Hi all. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks that I have been doing induction, and the last 3 days I have been having cold sweats and fatigue like crazy!!!!! Anyone else with the same symptoms? ANd ...."

You may want to check with your doctor on the cold sweats, I get them when blood sugar is low!

As a diabetic they say drink juice, milk or eat peanutbutter, but I would still call your doctor as it could be something else!

I guess it could also be withdrawl from a certain food......I just want to know if there is anybody else out there, going through the same things?

I had the same experience. It goes away. It still might be a good idea to see a doctor. I also had headaches and insomnia and a huge amount of nervous energy, kind of hyperactive.
