| Will you be sticking to LC while you are there? And hey GO LIONS! ![]() I ALMOST cheated today, one of my patients offered me Maltesers and the smell of them was absolutely indescribable and all of a sudden I just wanted them...not one or 2, but the WHOLE BAG! I had to leave the room, get control, fill up on water and think about how much this would set me back...and I won!! But it wasn't easy..normally I don't crave sweets, I like savory so this was a bit of a suprise but I beat the craving and I'm feeling very proud. One step at a time I guess... Here goes week 2 of induction, it's not that difficult really I'm really focussed and not missing anything and rarely feel hungry so I suppose it's just a matter of time before I see the kilos come off. I always wonder though...am I going to be the one person it DOESN'T work for and I just get bigger by eating so much??? Hard to let go of old ideas..scary to eat this way. My calorie intake vs activity is 30:70 and I'm NOT counting calories, just eating real meat/fish/chicken fresh off the barbie with salads and allowed veg, and I'm never hungry anymore and eat WAY more than I ever have. DID notice I went UP a kilo this week which is a bit of a worry...thought it was supposed to go the OTHER way?!? Anyone have any thoughts/ideas/suggestions on why this may be happening?? Ta Kalo |

| Welcome! I do not think you can find a greater support site than this one Kaz, I use weights and do various arm exercises while I am sitting at the computer. I think it is working to firm up my arms. Good luck on induction! Susan ( AKA Northwest) 207/176/160 |
