Anyone take these? Are they worth buying?

what is Accel?

if it's a fat burner... no, you don't need that. This WOE has that natural fat burning so you dont need any pill to do that.

If it's a vitamin - what's in it?

and as for Atkins Vitamins... i take them. I figure the Good 'ole Doc spent a lot of time studying what we need and put it all in his supps. Yeah, they may be a bit more costly - But i have found them on line to be much more reasonable.

Accel is an Atkins brand supplement, which is supposed to aid in fat burning, appetite control, etc..

Doesn't seem to do a darned thing, other than take up needless space in an already well stocked pantry.

I'd say don't waste your money. I took it religiously as a supplement for about a month. Didn't do a thing to "control" my appetite, as I just ate when I was hungry anyway, and I didn't lose even an ounce more fat than normal. Keep your $10.

The Downward Spiral Begins

I tried the Accel, also, and have to agree with Shrinkydink that the only thing that lost weight from it was my wallet.
