| I need someone to look at my menu to see if I'm doing something wrong. I started Atkins in late June at 289 I'm now at 264.5. I've only lost and gained the same 2 pounds in the last 6-7 weeks. BF 2 eggs with 1 ounce of colby, cheddar or mozzarella 2 strips of bacon or sausage without sugar L 2 chicken breast , 2 pork chops fish or 2 hamburger patties salad with cheese and lettuce or 1-2 cups of cauliflower, broccoli, spinach or okra D the same as lunch Snack roast beef with slice of swiss cheese or cream cheese and pork rinds sometimes I drink between 120-160 oz of water per day I'm 5'6.5 tall medium build, I don't exercise as much as I should A mistake is not the end unless you say it is |

| Looks to me like you need more carbs... Have the cup of veggies WITH the salad for both lunch and dinner, instead of one or the other.. (296/226.5/135) 04/01/03 The Downward Spiral Begins |

| Yes.. Especially if you started in June. You should be at a relatively high level of carbs, if you've increased them by 5/day every week. Up your carbs, and you should start losing again.. But, up them with quality veggies.. (296/226.5/135) 04/01/03 The Downward Spiral Begins |

| It looks okay to me. You could probably add more carbs to it, preferably something with roughage. | Angel, I am the same way with my weight loss. I think your menu looks fine also, but you may want to try more veg carbs and see what happens. Pork rinds and cheese seem to cause me to stall.
