Back from Vacation!!!

I, too, am back from vacation. I did not do as well as I wanted...gained about 3.5 lbs
But the good thing was, DH and I completed a fairly difficult hike in the Rockies...7.6 miles round trip, with a 1,375 foot elevation gain at 8,700 feet. Being "low landers" we did have to take it a little slow at first, but it was one of the best hikes we have ever done...the reward at the end of the trail was fantastic!
Well, back to reality....the laundry awaits me...LOL

Glad you had a good time Shelley! I've been MIA too, but I wish it would have been for a vacation and not due to work! LOL...Welcome home! hehehe, I think traded 3.5 lbs for the hike wasn't too much to ask!

Have no fear, we are here, to support 1lb at a time...
