Marcie..you are great... I read your confessions and I too remeber you from the 1st time I did Atkins...what an inspiration you are...You are such a help to all of us!!!

My menu:

B: 3-4 eggs srambled w/leftover chicken and veggies mixed in
L: tuna w/ mayo and celery sticks for dipping(1 small can)
S: unsweetened cocunut w/splenda and cinnamon and 5 macadamia nuts
D:2 pork chops 2c spinach
Drinks: 1c coffee w/ half and half and 2 splendas
80 oz water, and a flavored seltzer water sweetened w/ splenda(forgot the name)

B: 4 scrambled eggs w/1 tbsp diced chilie peppers and 1 oz cheese
L: 2 c salad w/ olives, tiny amount of onion and italian dressing(not usual ususally ranch)salmon,and roasted veggies(zuccini, squash, and peppers) 1/2 c. 1 diet coke
D: 2 pork chops w/ tomatillo sauce and 1 pasilla pepper
85 oz water

I know I need more water...am working on it...did walking today...no snacks today as meals were very satisfying
