Mock Danish Recipe

Hi,

I lost the recipe for Mock Danish..Its the TOM for me and I am really craving something sweet..I have not tried the Danish yet, but right about now it sounds really good..Does anybody have a mock danish recipe that I can whip up really fast..

This is the one I use....
3 oz soften cream cheese
1 egg, room temp
2 pkts of splenda(or 1 splenda and 1 steviaplus)
dash of cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Mix all together; put in ramiken sprayed with Pam, cover with waxed paper and microwave 3 minutes or so at 60-70% power.
Can do lemon extract with some lemon zest or strawberry extract is yummy also.

Shelley, I just had the danish..It was wonderful and very satisfying..Even my husband liked it...This is the first real sweet craving I have had since I started...
