| since i am tracking my meals with fitday, how do you know how much you ate to write it down? i am not a fan of bread so, eating the crust, etc. is not a problem. i usually just eat the topping, is this ok? 240/239/165 |

| You can certainly eat the toppings. You have to estimate the portions of each topping. After being on the program, you'll be able to do that fairly well. Don't forget to add the sauce that will be mixed into the toppings. Best wishes! Susan LCE Member since 01/02 341/283.5/185 |

| haley That's an old low carbers trick that's got me out of a difficult eating situation more than once. My nephew works for papa Johns so free pizza is often on the table. since Mike gets a 50% discount i ask for lots of toppings even though in my pre low carb days I was a pizza purist-nothing more than extra cheese (maybe a mushroom).
