A couple questions - If you started in Aug, why are you still on induction? Assuming you started the beginning of August, your carb level should now be around 55 carbs per day if you follow the program properly.

Also, you have 5lbs til goal - you're going to lose the last couple pounds a lot slower than someone with more to lose.

What are you eating in a given day? If you're exercizing for 30 minutes every day, at induction level carbs, you're probably not feeding your body enough to keep it going.

If your strips are reading beige, you are not in ketosis. If they're any shade of pink (no matter how light), you are in ketosis. However, the strips should not be relied on as the map to success. Scale, inches, sticks, how your clothes fit, and how you feel should all work in conjunction with each other.

Good luck!

PS - Post a couple days menus, plus how much water you're drinking, whatever else you're drinking, etc. and you're sure to get a lot more advice.

The cream and cheese might well be the problem. Reduce them and see what happens. Do you use a food tracker? some people don't need to but I find it helps keep me focused. There are several to choose from but I use www.fitday.com

I'd swap out some of the cream, and cheese for more veggies.

Thanks Rob. I just went to FitDay and started a manager page. It does help to keep track of the carbs.

Reading Atkins carb chart: Collards:4 oz.7.3gr. Frozen Chopped Collard package: 1 cup 2 gr.
Curious, do I need a conversion chart.
This counting takes time, hate to focus on "every-bite". I notice too much Splenda makes
me 'crave'...more...Took your advice and went to FitDay, thanks, those little gr's sure add-UP.
