I'm on induction, and the first few days I was eating through the day.. munch here, meal here etc. Now, I'm just NOT hungry. I know I need to eat, and I try to eat a little at least for the 3 meals. Should I force myself to eat? What happens if I can't eat 3 meals, or even scattered little ones?

Is this something that will pass, or will it be ok to just eat when I feel hungry?

It actually amazes me.. I use to live to eat, I thought about food, and snacked all day.. now I find myself completely turned off of food or eating.

this is very common, and a side effect of ketosis

yes, you do still need to eat... try doing the mini-meals where you basically snack thru-out the day.

your calories may be lower, but do your best to keep from going into starvation mode if your cals get too low... NEVER EVER below 1000 cals

if you exercise a lot, don't skimp on your proteins

I do recall this passing - for me, i think it lasted a few weeks.. but as everyone is different - just go with it...

Yeah, try to eat more food than that. 900 calories is too light.

Your appetite WILL evenaully come back, to some extent at some point, although it will be less than it used to be, if you stay in ketosis. Which is fine.
