| Hi Everyone I've been here before and now I am back. To stay this time. I know that I feel better when I am on this woe, but I would go on binges and the binges would last longer and longer, until I was no longer following the plan. I gained of course and felt awful. I kept telling myself that the Atkins wol is the only way to feel better. So here I am again. I have made it through induction and have lost 15lbs. I know I can do it this time. What helped me this time was when I was on induction I would cheat on the weekend and boy would I be sick on Monday. Well I decided that I did not want to be sick anymore and I made it through my first weekend with no cheating. Monday came and I was not sick to my stomach. What a feeling!! I did it and I know that I will continue to follow this wol. I like the way I feel now. I sill have alot of weight to lose, but I'm in no hurry, now that I know that I can control my eating habits and chocolate no longer has any power over me. ![]() Is good to be back peace and love kckatt |
