Just so you know....I have pushed my water intake up to 128 oz. per day as instructed (began this yesteday) and I am floating around the office. Thank God (truly thankful) that I am only about 10 feet from the bathroom. I am full of water and freezing for some reason. Think it is the cold water...wishing for at least room temperature water but no luck around here.

Great water intake, one day I will get to that point. 128 oz is a lot. Congrats!

More than likely your cold due to the water being cold. In the summer cold water is welcome, but when the weather cools off then I drink room temp water. It worked for me... maybe it will work for you!

Congrats on drinking 128Oz of water! Thats fantastic!

I wish the rest rooms at my work were closer. I drink about the same amount. Since I bring my own water to work, the water usually is cool, but not cold. Yeah, I'm a Water Snob. Can't stand tab water - plus they're starting to put fluoride in our water here and I don't want to put that in my body. Not good for adults, plus doesn't do anything for your teeth that way anyway.

GREAT JOB ON DRINKING THAT MUCH WATER!

Never give up! Never surrender!
