Hi, Iamfirmin!

I moved your post to the newbies section, since the Low Carb Diet and Health News Section is reserved for news articles related to this way of eating.

I'm sure you'll get many more suggestions, but here are a couple to start you off:

- Hard boiled eggs
- Deviled Eggs
- Celery stuffed with cream cheese & olives
- Cold chicken legs (cook extra whenever you do chicken, to have on hand)

You'll get more ideas, I'm sure!

I keep some ham and cream cheese in my fridg.
grab a slice of ham, put a little cream cheese
on one end and roll up and munch..some people put pickles in it and call it a ham rollup, you could also use jalapeno peppers instead of the pickles, olives, would work.
fruit - strawberries, sf jello with a little whipped cream, cottage cheese - 1/2 cup is 4 carbs, bacon rinds with sour cream and salsa is a good one,
lots of things can be used or snacking, just use your immagination, and see what the counts are.

Olives, cold meat, leftovers, celery, pickles, pecans, pepper jack cheese. That's what I usually snack on.

Oh yeah, peppers make great snacks. For one thing, it's very hard to binge on peppers. And they are entertaining as hell.

I like to get some smoked salmon, spread some cream cheese, roll it up and slice it. Yum yum!

fresh jalapeno peppers:

soak them in saltwater (takes out a bit of the spice)
Take out the seeds
stuff em with m jack cheese
grill em till very tender
any cheese that melts out scoop up and stuff back in
Spicy but delish
and Doc is right...You wont overdue it!

BTW I use pablano peppers as they are less spicy and easier to stuff as they are larger... but any pepper will do!
