I'm having trouble setting DietPower's "water minder" to calculate the number of oz of water I want to get in a day. Does anyone use this feature or this program? The default setting is .035 ounces per calorie consumed or used, but that is nowhere near what I want. If I consume, let's say, 1700 calories, it would only remind me to drink 60 ounces of water for the day. That's not enough! I've set my PDA for 115 ounces and could just use that, but I do like the idea of the water minder. Suggestions? Julie -- Started LC 10/10/03 234/229/150-130?

I managed to reset my WaterMinder PDA; but I found the pop-up was so annoying that I turned that feature off. Now I just look at the Nutrient Summary to see how I'm doing with water consumption. FWIW, I asked the DietPower Customer Support people about resetting the water consumption goals. They told me that DP was considering revising the WaterMinder handling in the next version, so that you can just enter the number of oz. per day that you want to set as your goal. ~~~Teelbee 174 (Mar. 2002, highest weight), 164 (Jan. 2003, begin LC) 174/132/137-134 remember, amateurs built the Ark, professionals built the Titanic

Thanks, Teelbee. I was beginning to wonder if I just didn't understand how it worked, but it looks like you were having the same problem I'm having. I kinda like the way it nags, though. It's like having my mom inside my computer! Julie -- Started LC 10/10/03 234/227.5/150-130?
