Both decaf coffee and Splenda are allowed, but you should limit both. Some people can drink coffee with no problems (both regular and unleaded), but others cannot. So, YMMV. As far as Splenda, Atkins recommends that you limit it to 3 servings per day. Please remember that 8 oz. of coffee or tea counts as 1 carb; the Splenda, too.

Good luck!

Sushine, your best bet to sweeten your coffee is to use a sugarfree syrup like Da Vinci or Torani.

They come in lots of yummy flavors like French Vanilla, Hazelnut, Irish Cream, etc. and they have ZERO carbs.
