| What kind of exercise works for you guys, i walk, jog, and do crunchs. But i just can't seem to get rid of this baby fat. 225/200/150 |

| what i mean by baby fat is getting rid of my stomach from the birth of my son. On next thrusday he will be 5 months old. And i weighed 240lbs when i went in to the hospital to have him. 225/200/150 |

| V - I think you are on track with what you are doing. You may want to add some other cardio stuff (like biking or swimming) and also an overall weight training program. You will see a big difference, I think. It may take longer than you want to lose the tummy stuff. When I got pregnant with my first son, I was very heavy and I gained about 40 pounds with him. I lost 65 pounds after him, but my tummy was always (and still is) jigglier than the rest of me. My first son, combined with the birth of my enormous second son, ...er...redistributed the fat on my belly some. It will never be perfect without a tummy tuck, but working out has helped HUGELY. It's taken awhile though. Jen 175/130/120 |
