| Nope. The induction phase is very strict, and includes ONLY those foods on the acceptable foods list. (See the Atkins website if you don't have the book handy). After induction, you'll need to see how you react to the the artificial sweeteners in sugar-free jello and popsicles. Most people have no problems, but do remember that sf popsicles have 2-3 carbs each depending on the brand, so they are not "free" even after induction. (This from a person who can easily go through a "family pack" of popsicles all alone in two days). Hope this helps. Best wishes, Sky Atkins since 8/02 186/144/under 150 |

| hi fannylady, The popsicles are a definit no no on induction, but many ppl are divided on the SF jello. Some ppl will say not to use it because your trying to avoid sweet stuff. IMHO it is a personal choice. I think for some ppl it is the only way to get them through induction. I use to make jello cheese cake and eat it every night through induction, but I soon became sick of it! LOL Tanya Member since Jan 2002 re-started on 1-3-03 272/187/185<--(next goal) |
