| I was just wondering how much exercise a day I need to include to help lose weight...currently I am walking 4 times a week for 50 mins each time...thanks! |

| "Enough" exercise is as much as you will consistently do. Walking 4x/wk for 50 minutes sounds like a great plan for now. Down the road (so to speak) you may want to add some variety to your program. For example, a light weight workout will help add muscle, strengthen bones, and boost your endurance. Finding a sport you like can add another element to your activities. Again, the key is consistency, and it looks like you've made the commitment. Best wishes. Barb L.
