| http://atkins.com/Archive/2003/11/3-194531.html This is an article from the Atkins Website on how to control after-supper snacking. I thought it had some useful tips. Aderyn |

| I am reading this right now. My husband does this all the time - eats at night. I would go to bed with the kitchen clean, then wake up SWEARING that Food Gnomes used my kitchen to prepare food. There would be dirty dishes in the sink, pots and pans on the stove, and peanut butter and jelly smeared on the cabinet doors and counters! I always thought that was a bad habit to get into!
