That's disgusting!
Surely you could find a nicer way to express it?
Ugh! Visual image! Visual image!

Yes, during induction -- which, essentially, is a detox of sorts -- our bowels tend to get a bit cranky. For some, this can be horrible constipation, for others (ahem) the *other* problem.
Just give it some time.
Your body is going through a LOT right now.
Just take it easy and be sure to drink LOTS of water. This might seem counter-productive, but it will help.
Hang in there...

Summer

Hello DasAmigo, I love people that get right to the point!
I call it poopie butt. And I’ve had the problem for years, LOL. Anyway Summer’s right all my friends that are eating LC have had the same problem that your having when they start. However, I have found that if you add other forms of fiber to your diet in the form of psyllium husks- flexseed meal- will do the trick to get you back feeling like your old self. I know it sounds funny to start using what has been know as a laxative for years but it you read up on it you’ll find that it’s also a good fiber supplement. This form of fiber can work both way’s, it can be used as a laxative or help pull it back together. If you have the DR. Atkins New Diet Revolution paper back read page 75-76 for more information. Personally, I do Metamucil/Psyllium Husk because I really don’t mind the taste. Kind of like Tang if you ask me, it also come in one serving packs so you don’t have to measure it out and it travels easy. By the way, I only use it once a day in the morning. The only problem with this product it that it dose have Aspartame in it. Some people don’t like it because it can turn thick if you let it sit but if it’s in-between drinking it fast or adding a little more water to it and not having poopie butt, I take the metamucil! One more thing it’s “0” carbs.

It's probably the extra veggies you're eating; you might not be used to it yet.

I'm laughing my a$$ off. My dh calls it the 'do run runs'. My family called it the 'back door trots'--raised on a farm with an outhouse.

Aren't we a creative bunch??
