| I just tried Tyson roast chicken breasts. Now, ordinarily I wouldn't use a pre-cooked chicken; I mean, what's so hard about roasting a chicken breast? Turn oven on, put chicken in, take chicken out, turn oven off, eat. BUT, like many people I get really rushed sometimes and don't plan ahead far enough to have time to cook chicken, or have it cooked in advance. These were $3.50 for two nice-size breast halves. Just pop them in the microwave for 5 minutes and they're ready, and they are really delicious! They would also be a good option for students who are limited to a teeny refrigerator and microwave. They struck me as a really good option instead of all the "junkier" things someone might resort to when pressed for time. Aderyn |

| Aderyn Yes, I know what you mean. Sometimes the day gets away from you and the next thing you know it's suppertime. about once a month I run to the supermarket for one of their already cooked rotisserie chickens because if I had to wait to cook something I'd starve. Usually end up noshing on it in the car. But nice to know those tyson cooked chickens are good. The rotisserie chickens are not available certain hours. Rob 310/241/180 |
