Time has come weight is up and I feel LOUSY.
I don't want to go on induction next week, it is my birthday, the following week is Thanksgiving, both are gonna set me up for failure on induction, so here is my game plan.
The next two weeks I'm gonna try to keep my carbs as low as possible by making sensible choices,(lots of meat).
Then week three go on induction, what do you guys/gals think, is this gonna mess me up for induction??

Don't start induction if you don't want to - you want to have the right mind set. I think if you begin to make changes in choices and start to keep track of yur carbs, it will set you up nicely to really stick with induction. Just don't put it off any longer than after Thanksgiving because then you'll be telling yourself you might as well just wait until after Christmas or the new year or Valentine's Day...

Why wait??? For now, just eat lots of veggies and meat and salad. It's actually just sensible eating. I am planning on having mashed potatoes (made from red potatoes, lower impact) for thankgiving. I already know I am going to indulge a tad, but what the hay. I don't do that all the time. I had wedding cake last August and it didn't sabotage me. I just danced my hiney off and it was all good. Are you exercising? Exercise really helps to offset those "cheat" days or Off-Plan days as I like to call them. Have you read the book yet? Don't worry about Thanksgiving. IT's one day. I would start on the plan NOW.

i agree with barb. you shouldn't wait. by thanksgiving you could have a few pounds off & feeling better. do it NOW! just eat sensible for your bday & thanksgiving. the best thing about this woe is that it can be done.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
