| I was doing soooo well, (sorry, I know this is a 'no whine zone', I will get to that) anyhow, I had to make bake sale treats for my kiddo's class, and left a good size amount in the frig. I let a little frazzling get to me and became an eating tornado. Nothing with sugar was safe around me!! So, I have been disappointed with myself and ready to wait another day or two to re-psych up and start over, but, reading all the posts here has helped me hop back on. I wish you all well, and I wish me well!! I am not waiting to get motivated, I am just getting back to the plan! thanks a lot! ...Janet |

| Sure feels great when you taste those sweets! Amazing how fast we can shovel the goodies in. Unfortunately we spend lots of time afterwards feeling guilt. Just stop the bleeding and get back to LC. Most importantly now is to avoid having another day like that for awhile. Drink lots of water and be strict with the carbs for a few days and you'll quickly be back to the downward trend! Good Luck 225/195/170? “I can conscientiously assert I never lived so well as under the new plan of dietary, which I should have formerly thought a dangerous, extravagant trespass upon health.” --William Banting (Thanks Lez) |
