Eating pizza without the crust is okay, and so is eating the burger without the bun. Make sure that this is not ALL that you're eating, though; you'll need lots of low carb veggies (I'm guessing you're in Induction, so your total carb count shouldn't go over 20g of carbs) and LOTS of water.

As for BBQ sauce, check the carb count per serving. They often contain a good amount of sugar, but there are different low carb varieties out there. And ketchup ones, too.

Hope that Helps

If by without the crust you mean scrapping the cheese off, then you might be able to do that some, I wouldn't make it a staple of your diet because the sauce might be pretty high carb (and high GI too)

but if you mean eating the pizza and just leaving the "bones" or the edge then thats not going to work on induction.

I eat pizza quite often, minus the crust. I get just as full as if I did eat the crust. I did not however, eat pizza during inductions. You might want to wait the first 2 weeks and then add that back in. The tomato sauce could push you over your allotted amount of carbs. Burgers with pickles, mayo, mustard and lettuce is just FINE (no bun of course) But watch any ketchup.

BBQ sauce is definitely a big NO-NO!!! TOOOOOOOOO much sugar!!!!!
