Non carb? No. Very low carb? Yes ... if they are just pork rinds and don't have too much extra stuff in them.

Just watch out for the sodium. They're pretty high in it, and sodium will cause you to retain water. You, therefore, may see a temporary increase in numbers on the scale, but it will "wash out" as long as you keep your water intake high.

If you are on induction, I'd skip the bars.

In fact I'd advise just about everyone to skip those bars.

AVOID the Endulge bars altogether!!!!!!!!!! The sugar alcohols will either give you diarrhea OR they will impact your insulin levels. Either way they are a no-no. If after induction you want a sweet treat like that, you could have half a bar. But make sure you count ALL the carbs, not just the 2 or 3 it says it has. The package LIES, so beware.

I used pork rinds during induction in place of my beloved Pringles and Doritoes. I made cream cheese with a bit of chopped green onion to get me through those cravings. Now, 8 months later, I hardly ever have any at all. (live and learn, )

You are better off for now having REAL foods such as raw veggies and full fat dips or olives (or a diet root beer with a bit of cream in it, not real food but really yummy for a sweet craving.)

AND Welcome aboard!!!!!
