Eat as much as I want?

"Low Carb Newbies" at Low Carb Diet Support: "I tend to eat alot and I was wondering.. so its ok even if I eat like 2-3 burgers without the bun each meal and still can loose weight?...."

Sure, I do. You just need tomake sure that you are having lots of veggies with your protein. Someone here has a tagline "Eat your veggies first" (sorry. can't remember who, bad Jen) and she is sooooo right.

Just a thought...

If you're new and you're wanting to follow this plan correctly, you need to buy the book and read it.

You wouldn't start a journey to an unknown destination without directions, would you?

In answer to your question...yes, you can eat quite a bit of food following a low carb way of life. You just have to know WHAT food you can and cannot eat.

Listen: If you dont own the book, get it in the library. Really worth reading. Induction is hard, but soon a whole new way opens to you.
After a few weeks you will learn to eat this way as if you had all your life. I have fallen off track, but am happy to be back. i feel better this way and I bet you will too! HUGS!
