I was just wondering if i could get some tips from you all before I take off, to keep me strong this week while im faced with tonnnns of off-limits food (my family is a 'feeder' family, they like to feed one another!) thanks! |

| Piperchick Let them feed you celery and cream cheese, olives, pickles, fresh veggies with ranch dip. turkey, any low carb vegetables etc. Heck make them happy and have a couple tablespoons of gravy. not too much and it won't be more than 1 or 2 carbs. if you can cook make yourself a low carb cheese cake (pumpkin cheesecake?) from this website's database. If you can't cook print it out and give it to your Mom. Moms are good for things like that. Rob 310/239.5/180 Me, a skeptic? I trust you have proof One tequila, two tequila, three tequila, floor |
