What is “Brie Puree”

"Puree" is just part of the title. It is a puree made from Brie and Cauliflower. You can find brie cheese at your grocery store.

Brie is usually found in the deli section where the other finer cheeses are. It usually comes in a round disc shape wrapped in foil and then in a cardboard carton. It is yummy. It has a moldy rind on it, which you carve off. Caulimash with Brie is scrumptious.
