| Without trying to make it sound too simple, is there a list of "you can have" and "you cant have". I know there are many other factors, however a chart of good and bad would be a great start. I will do all my homework and look to start ASAP. i will keep this site in my Fav's and check in often. Good luck to me !!! Stax The man with no answers, just lots of questions. |

| Are you planning on doing the Atkins Induction? If you are, here's the article from atkinscenter.com called Rules of Induction. While you're reading that, click on the link that says "Acceptable Foods" to get the foods list. http://atkins.com/Archive/2001/12/15-325810.html And lots of luck. | Hay Stax!!!!! Welcome!!!! Yes, go to www.atkins.com. It's a wealth of knowledge. Are you going to be doing Atkins? If so, get the book if you haven't done so already. I would suggest that you print out stuff from that website and start yourself a notebook. Also, take your measurements (neck, chest, waist, wrist, ankle, thigh and calf.) Write that all down in your notebook and check again each month about on the same day. Write your beginning weight in there too. Have someone take beginning pictures, during and after. Keep it all in your nice little notebook. It's great to document all of this, so you can SEE where you've been and how far you've progressed. It really helps to journal your food intake and water too. If you stall, you can look at what you've been consuming and tweak things, with much more ease.
