I weighed....lost 3 pounds after a plateau and difficulty getting back into ketosis after a T-giving splurge.

Thanks everyone for all of the information you've given me about the small tweaks needed to be successful. And the support then things weren't moving. It's making all of the difference! Now, maybe I'll have a little more faith that the program works for me and remember to be PATIENT, which was hard for me while hearing most others losing on induction at high rates.

THANKS!

Jana

Patience is the thing I've learned best on LC! I tend to lose slowly, plateau often. I keep reminding myself, "This is not a diet. This is not a diet." The closer I get to actual pre-maintenance, the harder it is to see "results." But it's a lifestyle. I'm not quitting. You won't either!

Barb -

You are sooooooo close to your goal weight....not wonder it is slow going. I have about 30 lbs to lose, which seems like such a long haul at this rate. I've decided to do a mini-goal, like others. My new goal is to be 15 lbs down which will be what I weighed when I got married 8 years ago. I think it will help with the motivation.

Thanks!!!

Hey Barb!

I did get the kefir grains and am in LOVE with the kefir fruit smoothie.

Thanks so much.

I dropped you an e-mail Saturday to let you know your babies arrived safely and that the check is in the mail. If you didn't get it, I wonder what's up?
