If there is anyone living in Austin, Texas out there, the cheesecake store in Brodie Oaks shopping center has a new low carb cheesecake they sell. It is made with splenda and has 2 or 4 carbs in it. They have kiwi, original, kahlua, and pumpkin flavor. It was not to bad.

yum yum yum....*sigh* To bad I live in PA and I dont think I can make a weekend trip to get it if you know what I mean?? LOL Oh well I'll just hope and pray they get something like that here in PA....DO you know the brand name of this cheesecake??? Thanks

try the recipe for mini cheescakes in the low carb recipe section of this website. it was posted by terri g. they are real good. i don't make the topping because they just don't need it. you can also freeze them & eat later. they are great. i believe the carb count is off a little bit. i think they are more like 2 to 2.5 carbs each. well worth it!
