Hello to all,
I am trying to figure out how to put up my picture. I have been on the diet since Oct.19th and Im ready to put a before picture and happy to say Im ready to put up a during picture. Im not sure how or where to put up my pictures. If anyone could help me I would appreciate it very much. P.S. Barb Keith I tried emailing where you told me to but I think I may have done something wronge but many thanks

Hi, Nicole.

The first thing you have to do is get your pictures hosted on the web somewhere. Most ISP's will give you some sort of web page capability.

Once your picture is up on the web, then all you have to do is go to our member pic section (the link is up the top of this page) and browse through the categories to find the one that suits the picture(s) you want to post. Once you're in a category - you'll know because there will be a list of links to various pictures rather than a list of sub-categories - you'll find a link, near the title that says: "Submit a picture to this category." That link will take you to a page that will let you submit the link to your photo.

Remember, photos are moderated (to make sure no one submits anything inappropriate or offensive) so it will not show up instantly.
