| Thanks for all of the great advice. I am actually feeling a little better. I was out a couple of days with a nasty cold, but now I am back and ready to go. Someone has taken my Atkins book and I have some questions regarding induction. How long is induction? (I thought ten days) No fruit? No nuts? Is there anything else vital I should know. I also have a problem with the water. I can't seem to drink that much water. Does Crystal Light count as water (smile). Any suggestions. Also I am not a breakfast person. I know it is the most important meal of the day, but I don't have time. Help. Also I am a muncher, I don't really sit down and eat, I munch all day. I do work out on a regular basis. So I already have that nipped in the bud. Also any other advise I need to get through induction would be greatly appreciated. I am determined. |

| You can also get all the info you need online - go to the Atkins Web site. Start at http://atkins.com/howto/index.html for the How To, and then select Induction. Everything you need to get started. Restart Atkins 12/1/2003... start 225... current 217... mini goal 210... final goal 135 |
