I am not exactly a newbie. I was on the atkins diet for quite a long time and lost 30 lbs. and then about a year ago I got careless and one thing led to another and now here I am 16 lbs. heavier than I was. So I am trying to go through Induction again and get back on the plan. I started on 12-15-03 and was doing fine until Christmas eve and Christmas day when of course temptation got the better of me so... Here I go again. I am posting because this board really helped me when I was on Atkins before and I am hoping the support on this board will help me again. I am 5'3" tall and at this point 155 lbs. My goal is to lose the 16 lbs. I gained back plus as much more as possible. Good luck to everyone. This way of eating really does work if you follow the plan.
