Hello all! My name is Julie. I have been on the Atkins plan for almost 17 months and have lost 102 lbs. Been bouncing between 172-178 since August but I am sticking with it. I mean, this can't last forever, can it??

I am starting Slim in 6 program on January 20th, that is the start of my new challenge. I put myself on challenges to keep me motivated.

I have a webpage that I would like for you all to see and leave a message if you would like. I have come a long way but still have a ways to go.... My best friend is getting married on May 8th so I would like to be at goal by then.

Nice to meet you all!!

TTFN,
Juls

WOW - Congratulations on your success. I just started induction today. I'm not totally new to LC, but just slow on realizing this is the best plan for me. I recently found this board too! I found it to be much smaller and supportive than a larger board I used to go to all the time.

Barb Keith, Dow is a little bity town of about 200 people. Have you heard of Alton, Illinois? I am about 8 miles north of there. I am very close to the Mississippi River and St. Louis, MO.

Thanks for the welcome!!

TTFN,
Juls

Juls, haven't really heard of Alton either, but I DEFINITELY have heard of St. Louis and The Mississippi,

You must be somewhere near 271 and I55? My SIS and MOM live near St. Louie. so I pass through that area every now and then.
