  I am starting Slim in 6 program on January 20th, that is the start of my new challenge. I put myself on challenges to keep me motivated. | WOW - Congratulations on your success. I just started induction today. I'm not totally new to LC, but just slow on realizing this is the best plan for me. I recently found this board too! I found it to be much smaller and supportive than a larger board I used to go to all the time.  |

| Barb Keith, Dow is a little bity town of about 200 people. Have you heard of Alton, Illinois? I am about 8 miles north of there. I am very close to the Mississippi River and St. Louis, MO. | Juls, haven't really heard of Alton either, but I DEFINITELY have heard of St. Louis and The Mississippi,  You must be somewhere near 271 and I55?
