| Well last night I made a boo boo as all of you know it was new years and I had a few drinks (vodka and diet cranberry soda) I'm not allowed those types of drinks am I? and also I had a cowl of ceral... I need to restart my 2 week induction? or can i do an egg fast??? Fat fast?? does that not work though if your body is in kestosis?? Jennifer |

| Unhook... We have all made boo boo's in our WOE; some little, some not so little. I would call yours just a minor slip up. When you drink non-carb alcohol like vodka and diet soda, your body burns alcohol for energy first before burning body fat. So, while it probably won't make you gain, you won't lose either. I wouldn't make a habit of the cereal, but one bowl, in my opinion is not enough to have to re-start induction. Eat "clean" today, lots and lots and lots of water, and *whole* foods only. | Stand up, dust yourself off and get going! Eat an induction menu for 2-3 days, drink lots of water, you'll be fine. The biggest danger that lingers after we endulge is the game we can play afterwards. One bite of this, a taste of that...don't do it! Eat clean.
