I'm just starting induction for the second time in my life, once about a year ago, and I started here. I loved it here, I found a lot of strength and good advice.. I don't know if anyone remembers me, but anyway, I have this stuff called carb solution, I'm not sure if it is a bad idea, here's what it has:
serving size 2 scoops
total fat 2.5
calories 120
total carb 3g
sugars 0g
protein 21g
you mix with water.. can I drink this maybe once a day as a snack????
Thanks for your time.

According to the label, it sounds like it would be fine. Does it contain any sugar alcohols for sweetening? If not, it should be safe. Just make sure you count those carbs in your 20 grams if you are doing Atkins.

Welcome back Elisa .

There are different opinions on low carb bars and shakes here on the forum. I can occasionally eat the bars without any problems, I do not use the shakes (they taste too bad to me). Some people gain or stall using the LC products. This is something you may want to experiment with, after induction. During induction you want to stay close to the guidelines as you can. Make sure you drink lots of water also.

Good Luck to you and I HTH.

I have the same powder, it's shake mix. You should hold off on using this during induction. After you've completed induction, use sparingly as it can stall you.

Take care~
