I've been doing so GOOD! Iwent to dinner and had deviled crab stuffed flounder and a steak at red lobster did not TOUCH a bisquit! My boyfriend HAD to eat some though because I have been raving about HOW good they are. I was fine. After dinner we went to his aunt's house and I had1 glass of sky vodka and some other stuff I SOOOO should not have had! CHhampagne and wine for the most part. I declined the OJ and then drank the wine and champagne. I drank the skyy straight but still ended up falling off. New Years is evil...

I also had a slip on NYE....mine was worse though....we made lots of finger food because we had company over. It had been quite awhile since I last had alcohol. It only took me two drinks to not need anymore, but I'm still on vacation and won't be home until Saturday so that's my excuse for now. I'll be better when I get back there. I'm 21, and this was my first NYE I've been able to legally drink!

I'm rambling, but don't worry about cheating...just get back on track...everything will work out!

Suenos, You didn't do tooooo badly. At least you didn't eat those scrumptious biscuits at Red Lobster. Did he like? I had some wine on NY's eve too. and Vodka isn't all that bad, at least no carbs. When I do drink, with diet soda, I don't suffer to badly. So don't fret, just get back on plan!!! You're doin' great kiddoe!!!!!

If you really miss those red lobster biscuits, check out our recipe section. There's a great (if I do say so myself) recipe for cheesy biscuits you can make once you're past induction.

I'll go bump the topic in the recipe forum for you.
