| It depends on the carb count. Tomato sauce can be high in carbs if it is store bought. But If you have a low carb sauce then everything else in zucchini lasagna is carb legal. But beware of eating too much. Figure out the carbs per portion before eating it and then just eat one serving. And remember Atkins suggests limiting cheese to 4 ounces or less a day.
